Directional valve

GWV

A directional control valve is a component used to control the flow of hydraulic fluid in a hydraulic system.

The only difference between a standard directional control valve and a proportional directional control valve is that the standard valve is not adjustable and therefore only has fixed end positions.

We offer different variations.

Ventil

Cut-off valve

GAV

A shut-off valve is used for pressure control in a hydraulic system, particularly in connection with a hydraulic accumulator. This valve has the task of maintaining or controlling the pressure within a certain range.

Pinch valve

GQV

Pinch valves are the ideal valve solution for shutting off and controlling abrasive, corrosive and fibrous products. They are also increasingly used as shut-off or control valves for emulsions, slurries, dusts, gaseous substances, compressed air, powders, granulates, pellets, etc.

Thanks to its simple design, the pneumatic pinch valve from GRIBI Hydraulics AG is a particularly cost-effective and economical shut-off valve solution, as the pneumatic pinch valve does not require a separate actuator for actuation.

Quetschventil

Manometer-cut-off valve

GMAV

The pressure manometer cut-off valve is used to shut off a pressure gauge in a hydraulic system.

Shutting off a pressure manometer allows it to be taken out of service for maintenance or calibration purposes without affecting the entire hydraulic system. This is particularly important if the pressure gauge needs to be regularly checked, calibrated or maintained to ensure accurate measurements.

Manometer Abschalt ventil

Sandwich plate valve

SW1CB

With the built-in electrically switchable 2/2-way valve, the oil flow is directed either via a throttle or past the throttle. Depending on the circuit, this results in a slow and a fast movement at the consumer.

Pressure relief valve

GDBV

The screw-in valves in the GRIBI GDBV-08 series are classic pressure relief valves.

They are direct operated and have a seat design. Thanks to their simple design, these valves have a good price/performance ratio and good pressure loss and flow rate values.

Various nominal pressure stages are available to cover a wide pressure range and at the same time realize a flat opening characteristic. Each pressure stage is defined by the maximum adjustable operating pressure. The pressure is set by means of an adjusting screw.

Furthermore, all external parts of this series are appropriately coated, which means that they can also be used in extreme external conditions. These screw-in valves are used to limit a system pressure in both stationary and mobile applications.
