As wastewater is becoming increasingly aggressive worldwide and the environment requires more durable and resistant components, we have developed a corrosion-resistant hydraulic cylinder.
Only Cr-Ni-Mo steels with very high resistance to crevice and pitting corrosion, as well as intercrystalline corrosion, are used as raw materials.
References: This hydraulic cylinder has been designed to cover applications in areas such as; sewage and waste water treatment plants, environmental technology, agriculture, offshore, chemical-technical industry and food processing.

With integrated ATEX position measuring system
Only austenitic Cr-Ni-Mo steels (A4) are used for this cylinder design. This ensures very high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, even in highly aggressive environments. The cylinder can be equipped or upgraded with valve technology or an internal position measuring system and can be used in ATEX zones with explosive gases.

In addition to normal applications, aluminum cylinders can be used particularly well in areas where aggressive environmental conditions prevail. Aluminum cylinders are also particularly suitable for use in environments with high humidity. In addition to the corrosion resistance of the aluminum, the low weight is also a major advantage of this cylinder series.

Cartridge Cylinder
Thanks to their very compact design, our cartridge cylinders allow space-saving installation in steel, cast iron or aluminum base blocks.
The cylinder can be used with various media such as air, gases and hydraulic oil. For example, the cylinder can operate hydraulically and has a separately sealed internal channel for conveying or injecting another medium, such as compressed air.
Depending on your requirements and the area of application, we work with you to adapt the cartridge cylinders so that they can be used perfectly in your application.
